The Administrative Assistant performs duties such as data entry, placement tracking, filing, referral monitoring and billing as well as other administrative duties assigned. S/he will be responsible for the monitoring of reporting compliance. The Administrative Assistant will also assist the foster care department with audit preparation and onsite assistance with auditors and with reports. The Administrative Assistant may interact with foster families with paperwork collection, at meetings and training. The Administrative Assistant may also participate in community activities representing both the foster care department and the agency. S/he will assist in setting up, cleaning up and participating in meetings and training and may assist with other projects within her/his scope of work.
The Administrative Assistant will work a flexible schedule to accommodate the program/agency needs and have a valid Arizona driver’s license.
- High School graduate/GED plus 2 years of administrative support.
- Must have current fingerprint clearance (and maintain during employment) and be able to pass the background check.
- Proof of: a valid Arizona driver’s license as well as proof of education are required. Prior behavioral health experience preferred.
- Bilingual-Spanish/English a plus.
